'the position was excellent and the staff really friendly.

Friendly staff. Convenient location, near to the main train station and the Marient Plaza is also in walking distance.

Old decoration, dirty carpet, and the smell in the room is not acceptable. Also t he promised free wifi is very weak in the room.

Units with funky interiors. Easy check in and a good service throughout my stay.

I arrived at 10:30am after flying for 15hrs. I went for a walk, sat and snoozed in an uncomfortable lobby chair until my room was available. I got my room at 2pm. It would have been nice if there was some effort or accommodation to get the room earlier..

Stayed here for exploring the city, everything was nice, I loved amazing location in the city very close to the underground. Location: the hotel was right by the historic centre. Ludwigsvorstadt district was worth exploring. The staff were accommodating and outstandingly accommodating; I had a fast check-in. The breakfast was sensational and the ambiance was quiet.

The location is excellent, well the internet in my room is not avilable at all.

Very gentle staff and ideal position for urban transport. The room was not very clean and bathroom had to be renovated. In complex a little too expensive in relation to the room standard.

The location was very central that made getting to and from the Central train station easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

My room faced the side street and was noisy on a Friday night. May be different during the week.

The location is excellent, walk 5 mins from the central station and you are there, from the hotel walk no more than 10 mins and you are in the old town. Rooms are 2-3 star tourist, good bathroom / shower, room a bit small and some outside noise. Reception courteous and helpful. We lost our key and it was replaced without any issue or cost. Luggage room on check out days.

Area around the hotel has late bars / lap dance / fast food / close to central station but doesn't feel intimidating. In fact we used an italian cafe / takeaway several times!!

very convenient location, the hotel staffs are so friendly and they understood my poor english well. the room is cozy and cleaned well everyday.

the corridor smells smoke even non-smoking area, a littele noisy outside in midnight.

Cleanliness is basically acceptable but there is room for improvement esp. in daily housekeeping. Decoration is a bit worn-out.

The location was great, just a few blocks from the central station, good breakfast and very good heating.

Most of the staff weren't very friendly and their english was pretty bad, mostly the staff that served the breakfast didn't speak a word of it. Also nobody took the time to explain to me some room funtions.

TV has only German channels, brochures for tours were mostly in German.

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance from the city center, it is clean and nice, with a good quality/price ratio. Breakfast is rich and tasty.

The hotel has no parking, we were told about a parking fee in a nearby parking house which turned out to be three times bigger than we were told.
